The kitchen

Authentic Burmese and Southeast Asian cuisine.

A flavorful blend of Thai, Indian and Chinese cooking. Bold spices, fresh herbs, rice dishes, and noodle soups built on a long broth.

Everything off this truck is 100% halal. The palata is made to order, the limeades are made in house from snake fruit and palm fruit, and the pho comes in beef, chicken or shrimp.

Call or text ahead and it will be ready when you pull up.

In the news

We have one there now, which is Burmese food, which is unique.

ABC 7 Amarillo, April 20, 2026 opens in a new tab

Dumas opened its first food truck park in 2026, at the corner of West 7th Street and South Porter Avenue, with a ribbon cutting on April 22. Hasina's Burmese Kitchen was already serving there. Carlos Mendoza, co-owner, told the station: "This food truck park has the potential to become a community."

What people say

Worth the drive from Amarillo.

Amazing food and even better people. We came all the way from Amarillo just to try Hasina's Burmese Kitchen, and it absolutely did not disappoint. We got the pad Krapoa, chicken stir fry, and spicy buldok noodles. Each dish was full of flavor and so good. Highly recommend!

About this preview

We designed this custom website for your business. It was built from what is already public: your Google listing, your Facebook page, your Dumas Chamber entry and the ABC 7 Amarillo story about the food truck park.

The menu is yours word for word, from the menu graphic you posted. Every photograph is one you posted yourself. Both reviews are quoted exactly as they stand on your Facebook page, and the ellipsis in the second one is Facebook's, not ours.

Two things are deliberately blank. There are no prices, because the only numbers published anywhere are dated promotions. There are no hours, because nothing publishes them at all. Both are waiting on you.

Your own logo, the red badge with the noodle bowl, is not on this page. The mark beside your name was drawn for you and it costs you nothing to turn down: say the word and your badge goes in its place at no charge.
